When you call Connections, you may speak with Karoline Johnson who serves as one of our referral specialists. She offers exceptional customer service with a smile for all who call Connections to begin their relationship with us or, to answer ongoing questions.

Karoline was a Customer Billing Specialist/Administrative Assistant with LSS for 23 years before joining the Connections team. She loves being the first impression callers receive when reaching her by phone or email. The majority of Karoline’s career has been working in some capacity in the health field. During her career she has worked in a hospital, a neurologist office, an optical center and the behavioral health clinic at LSS.

Karoline has been married for over 30 years and has 2 daughters. The oldest works in human services in Wisconsin and youngest, who is also in human services lives with her husband in Virginia, while he finishes his 8 years in the navy and will move back home next fall.
