Marcia has experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, Autism, High Medical, High Behavioral, Mental Health, and Youth with ID.

She has worked in a CBRF with elders, supportive living homes, CBRF’s, and AFH’s for people with intellectual disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and brain injuries.  She worked her way into a Program Director role which I stayed for about 5-6 years. During those years Marcia worked with day service providers, guardians, case managers, school districts, the ADRC (Aging and Disability Resource Center), DHS (The Department of Human Services), and CLTS (Children’s Long Term Support).  In 2015 she obtained a treatment foster license and provided oversight to a Level 5 Treatment Foster home.  Over the years Marcia has worked with a large number of people and enjoys helping them enjoy life to the fullest. 

Marcia grew up in a small town just south of Madison, WI where she still resides.  She has a husband and four boys.  She has a close family that lives in the same town.  Marcia’s hobbies include watching football, playing Tetris, and cooking.
