Adult Residential and ICA Program Manager
Sarah has worked with a variety of individuals across the life span with varying abilities. Her specialties include people with physical and developmental disabilities, individuals with mental health and/or AODA issues and the veteran population. For many years, she worked as an IRIS consultant for veterans in a statewide VA-funded program. Sarah has a background in Medicaid and other State benefits, she worked as a T-19 Specialist in local social services organizations.
As a social worker, case manager and advocate for the past 12 years, her passion is self-direction and advocacy. Sarah is a firm believer that giving individuals’ choice and control over their services and providers help keep people living safely and independently in their communities with the highest quality of life. When people are well supported, they have better health, more stability and are at a lower risk for crisis. She loves problem solving and working with people to facilitate positive change in their lives.
