I have been working within the IRIS program for the past 5 years. I started as an IRIS Consultant and then worked as a Senior IRIS Operations Specialist with another agency where I learned the inner workings of the program. I truly love partnering with participants to guide them to higher independence through self-direction as well as remove any roadblocks to success.
