Prior to joining LSS Connections I had over two years of experience as an IRIS Consultant with another IRIS Consultant Agency, supporting participants in self-directed services and goal achievement. I currently serve as President of the Board of Directors for NAMI Kenosha County, where I advocate for mental health awareness through leadership, public speaking, and community outreach. Additionally, I spent five years as a Recovery Mentor supporting individuals living with mental health and AODA challenges. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to person-centered care, advocacy, and service to others.
