Sadek has many years of experience helping refugees adjust to life in the U.S. He has supported individuals through very difficult transitions, that experience has made him both resourceful and empathetic. As an IRIS Consultant, he continues empowering people to direct their own care and live with independence and dignity.

Before working at LSS Connections, Adnan had more than 9 years of experience working in Social Services, helping people maintain their quality of living and assistance with self-sufficiency.

Stephanie is a dedicated professional with many years of experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges and disabilities. In addition to her experience as an IRIS Consultant, she has experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where she developed a strong foundation in patient care.

Previously, Shemika worked in the Human Service industry. She worked with the Wrap Around Milwaukee program, collaborating with CLTS.
