Kerry has been with Connections since the inception of the program. She brings personal experience as a mother of a child with disabilities, as well as many years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, frail elders and individuals with mental health challenges.

Geoff has an extensive history of working with individuals with a wide range developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses.
