Yee has a background in Human Services and Healthcare. She is bilingual in Hmong. She has a passion and dedication to working and taking care of people. Yee worked in human services for 15 years mentoring and collaborating with family, youth and elderly. Seven of those years she worked with people who are physically and developmentally disabled. She enjoys working with individuals to identify their long-term care goals and find creative ways to achieve them.

Shannon recently worked in Income Maintenance and has additional experience working for Foodshare and HMO enrollment. She is a great listener and cares for the people around her.
